To update your shipping address please open a ticket and let us know :-)
We are happy to change the shipping address for your orders on file at any time.
If you receive a shipping notification and haven't changed the shipping address or the address is typed incorrectly, it's ok! We have a 24 hour hold on our units before they ship, simply open a ticket within the 24 hour period and we will get that shipping address changed before it leaves the door.
If the unit ships before you are able to make a change we will assist you in getting the unit shipped to the correct shipping address.
**Please note that we are not open on Saturday & Sunday, if you open a ticket during this time we will respond to your ticket on Monday.
