Which site are you trying to log on to? We have four different accounts that if you haven't logged in before, you will need to create or register an account.

www.lhlabs.com - New LH Labs website (since July 2015)
www.lhlabs.com/force - now Old LH Labs website (you can still log in with your original email address and password but the forum is read only and eventually be archived)
http://marketplace.lhlabs.com/ - Marketplace (connected with Shopify)
We are working on getting all these sites connected so that you just need 1 login, but it hasn't happened yet so sit tight folks. We are constantly striving on improving ourselves and constructive feedback is always welcome.
