Experiencing frequent audio dropouts when using Geek Pulse. Why? Print

Some users are experiencing frequent audio dropouts, approximately every 1 to 2 minutes, with newer Geek Pulse units.

A small batch (less than 30) of Geek Pulses have been found to have a display firmware issue that automatically resets the Pulse at the above intervals.

The firmware for these units is Main 2.0, MCU 2.1.

If your Geek Pulse is experiencing this issue, please open a support ticket citing the display firmware reset issue, to have the unit returned free of charge for a firmware update to resolve the issue.
