1. Go to https://support.lhlabs.com/home
  2. In the upper right hand corner you will see "Login Sign Up"
  3. If you have never been to this site before you will need to sign up and account
  4. If you are signing up, please use the email address you used to purchase your items
  5. Once logged in you will see on the right side of your page "New support ticket" and "Check ticket status"
  6. Click on "New support ticket" to open a support ticket
  7. Click on "Check ticket status" if you would like to check the status of your ticket
  8. Tickets are automatically created if you email us at cs@lhlabs.com


Please keep in mind that if you do not respond to your ticket over a 48 hour time period, the system will auto close the ticket and you will need to open another one. If you need more time to respond, all you need to do is let us know before the ticket closes and we can extend the ticket out for you. This system is in place so that our support site does not get bogged down. Agents are on duty Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time so if you open your ticket on a Friday afternoon, more likely than not, you won't get a response until Monday morning. (shhh, I've been known to respond to tickets on my nifty app from my phone so feel free to open a support ticket anytime!) 

 

 

Before opening a ticket, there are a few guidelines that we ask be followed:

  • Always include your name and email address.
  • If you are opening a ticket in regards to a crowdfunding campaign, please be sure to include the email address used with your crowdfunding account.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue you are having.
  • If you are experiencing a problem with any of our devices, please include a description of every piece of gear in the entire setup, as well as steps taken to troubleshoot the issue to that point.
  • Please do not use profanity.
