A code 10 is when a driver is linked to the Pulse unit, but it is not the correct software driver. Microsoft will automatically try and select the best driver for the device and typically selects a "Generic USB Audio Device" instead.


This can be seen under your device manager seen below:


select the device by double-clicking the pulse and selecting the "Driver Tab" on the top of the window:


Now select update driver:


Then select browse my computer for Software to select the correct driver.


Once this is done select the " Let me pick from a list of device drivers"


Once this is done, select the "LH Labs Geek Pulse" The system will install the correct driver and the code 10 will be resolved.
